In the marketing effectiveness practice area, our job is to enable informed media spend decision making for our clients. We leverage advanced media analytics methodologies to unlock brand's true potential via marketing execution.
As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will:

Collaborate with senior consultants to identify growth opportunities in CPG industry and communicate data driven insights that will allow for informed decisions to business problems using Econometric Modelling techniques using Python and or Excel.

Be involved in several initiatives including marketing, customer acquisition, cost optimization, media mix modeling, and providing visibility into key business performance metrics to marketing leadership and business stakeholders.

Work with Consumer Insights team and analyze syndicated data for pricing strategies solutions addressing business needs and questions enabling better decisions by leadership

Conduct advanced analytics leveraging optimization techniques to deliver insights and recommendations to incrementally improve marketing campaign ROI.

Build machine learning and attribution models (ie MMM, MTA) using Python, Excel and/or R.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist/ build analytic tools to enhance performance using Excel/Python.

Provide training and documentation to support and expand the use of analytics and tools across the organization.
Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Math, Analytical field or Social Sciences required)

Master's or Ph.D in Math, Statistics, Economics or an Analytical field preferred

2-4 years’ experience

Strong mathematical/statistical/applied analytics background

Marketing analytics experience working at a brand or agency desirable

Experience in technology is a plus

As a Jr. Data Analyst, you will:

Transform large datasets to actionable insights.

Successfully manage projects and partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and other teams within the company.

Analyze the performance of marketing efforts across multiple channels, including but not limited to Television, Search, Social, Email, and Display/Video advertising.

Study user behaviors, and work with other analysts to join different data sources for measurement & attribution.

Support Sr. Analysts and Client engagement teams to coordinate data procurement, data procession, QC, assemble large data sets in preparation for econometric modeling
A successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and look to find ways to collaborate with other team members. While analytical skills are crucial for the position, it is just as important to have the ability to communicate and summarize complex information into management ready briefs and presentations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related technical field

Client Engagement Intern

As a Client Engagement Intern at R Square, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating Data & Analytic strategy projects for Fortune 500 clients. This role is a senior delivery support role that comes with a tremendous amount of experience and responsibility to help propel your career in Marketing & Sales Analytics. Most engagements involve working directly with our Client C-Suite team.
As a client Engagement Intern, you will:

Understand client’s current business challenges during client discovery phase.

Partner with senior consultants to identify and design potential solutions in overcoming business challenges leveraging data and/or analytics.

Participate in the end-to-end business development and delivery lifecycle for existing clients.

Participate in new sales opportunities for new clients. ·

Participate in creating business proposals that will demonstrate R Square Analytics’ niche experience in the data & analytics space.

Support Sr./Jr. Data Analysts on data modeling.

Communicate and coordinate with our leaders and team members in our various offices (U.S., Canada and India) to ensure project alignment·

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Marketing Research, Business Analytics or related field

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, basic coding and programming skills

Coursework in statistics and/or business economics preferred

1-3 years’ academic projects or industry experience with demonstration of complex data analysis & problem solving
